Norway

Norway is a Scandinavian country, located in the northern part of Europe, directly bordering Sweden, Finland and Russia. He also has administrative responsibility over the territory of Svalbard and Jan Mayen and has the right to make claims in Antarctica (Queen Maud Land).
There are three languages in Norway - Bokmal and Nynorsk are spoken in most areas, and Sami only in the north of the country. However, most Norwegians, analogous to our neighbors from Sweden, is fluent in English, without any noticeable accent.

The area of the country is mostly irregular, cut with deep ones, long, twisted fjords with a few, fertile valleys - very valuable due to the small amount of land for cultivation.

The currency is the Norwegian Krone, consisting of 100 ore. Despite, that the smallest coin is 50 ore, prices in stores are rounded up or down, closest to this value. The country is not a member of the Monetary Union, and the price of the crown is not fixed, but the situation may change soon, along with the approximation of the koruna to the euro. Norway is, despite its small size, one of the richest countries in the world in terms of per capita income. Huge resources of fossil fuels and their export, drive the Norwegian economy, which in this area is on a par with Russia and Saudi Arabia.
