The glacier Jostedalsbreen lies between the great Sognefjorden fjord and the more northerly Nontfjorden.. A trip to the glacier is a real treat not only for extreme travel lovers. Jostedalsbieen is the largest ice block on the European continent. Fridge, like this one, covered the ground during the Ice Age, stretching for hundreds of kilometers and they have carved the Sognefjorden area so fancifully. The Sognefjorden is the most famous waterway in Norway, Connoisseurs of unusual views will also enjoy a trip to Naeroyfjorden. Its slopes are so close to each other, that tourists on a boat feel like they are in a tunnel. Even on a very sunny day, little sun gets here, there is darkness and cold radiating from the rocks.
