In Thrudheim, Thor lives in a court called Bilskermer, after Odin, the most powerful. Ullr has chosen to dwell in the shadowy valleys of Ydalir. Frey lives in Alfheim. In Thrymheim, there is a manor house in the mountains, where Skadi lives, Njord's wife. The husband spends nine nights in her household, and she in return three at his seat called Noatun, which is located on the seashore.
